Session Policies
Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the full session fee.
Payment: Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service.
Insurance: We do not bill insurance directly. However, we can provide superbills for clients who wish to submit claims to their insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
